Ruslar'ın çok gizli 'gözleri'
Rusya'nın bir süre öncesine kadar "çok gizli" tutulan ve varlığı dahi bilinmeyen "Uzay Gözlem Merkezi" sır olmaktan çıktı.
Uzay programları kapsamında uzay araçları ve pek çok uyduya sahip Rusya'nın, tüm bu araç ve uyduları takip ettiği Rus ordusunun kontrolündeki "Uzay Gözlem Merkezi" yarım asırdır varlığı dahi bilinmeyen bir merkez olarak kaldı.

Kazakistan'da bulunan tüm uzay uçuşlarının yapıldığı Baykonur Uzay Üssü gibi "Uzay Gözlem Merkezi'de aslında Rusya topraklarında değil.

Tacikistan'ın en ıssız noktasında bulunan merkezde çok sayıda teleskop uzayı gözlüyor, Dünya yörüngesinde ve dışındaki uydu hareketlerini takip ediyor.

Yeraltındaki kontol merkezinde ise 24 saat aralıksız çalışmalar sürüyor. Böylelikle Dünya yörüngesi'nde "kuş uçsa" Rus ordusu haberdar oluyor.

Kazakistan'daki Baykonur Uzay Üssü ise, birçok fırlatma rampası, 5 kontrol kulesi , 9 kontrol merkezi ve 1.500 km uzunlukta bir füze deneme alanına sahiptir. 2 Haziran 1955'te hizmete giren üssün genişliği kuzeyden güneye 80 km, doğudan batıya 130 km kadardır. Yapımı yaklaşık 2.5 yıl sürmüştü.

Tacikistan'daki merkez hakkında ise bu kadar detaylı bilgiler, medyada henüz yer almıyor.
